Critical Thinking Is The Key To Success (9A)

Critical thinking is a looking and analyzing things in a different way. Not only do you need to look and analyze things in a different way but you also need to apply it.  I believe that critical thinking is important. Every college students needs to use critical thinking. In result of using critical thinking you gain other tactics and skills. Critical thinking is the difference between being a good student and a great student.

            I have had to use critical thinking as a freshman at college. I have had to think about different studying tactics that would help me become a better student. I have had to change my ways of study from how I studied in high school. I have needed to use critical thinking in inquiry every class. I have needed to look at the difference of high school and college and need to change the ways. I also had to realize that I needed to do more hours of homework and studying a week then I did in high school.

            When using critical thinking and applying it you need to make sure that what you are applying it to be relevant. You also need to be accurate and it has to make sense. You need to be open-minded and not bias. You need to think about both sides and then choose a side. Your arguments also cannot be vague and have to be clear.  Critical thinking involves skill judgment and observation.
